IRIG: Controversy about Leptin CRP interaction

In last year, Nature Medicine reported that leptin interacts with CRP (C-reactive peptide), and the interaction may account for leptin resistance in obesity. This concept is challenged by results from three independent groups using different experiment systems. The argument is published in the current issue of Nature Medicine (see links below). This is also recommended by Dr. Vishwa Dixit at PBRC.
